Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending any event hosted by The Deuce Society, you agree to the following:

1. Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a booking has been made. Tickets are valid for the selected event date only and cannot be moved to a different date or event.

You may transfer your ticket to a friend. Please contact us in advance of the event with the new participant’s details so we can update our records.

2. Participation & Liability
All participants attend and play at their own risk. The Deuce Society, its organizers, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
By registering, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in tennis activities.

3. Weather Policy
Events may be affected by weather conditions. In light rain or playable conditions, events may proceed at the discretion of the organizers.
If conditions are deemed unsafe or unplayable (including heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme weather), the event may be rescheduled. In such cases, participants will have the option to transfer their ticket to a future event or receive a full refund.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances
If an event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including venue issues, city restrictions, or emergencies), participants will be offered either a transfer to a future event or a refund.

5. Photo & Video Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. These images and videos may be used for marketing, promotional content, and social media.
If you prefer not to appear, please inform the organizers before or at the start of the event.
